I played Descent: Journeys Into the Dark for the first time last weekend, and as usual for the group (and espcecially for FFG games), they were butchering every semblance of how the game is supposed to work...
Of paticular note, were the other players tendancy to play "No limit dungeon holdem" with their stuff... ignoring any semblance of inventory rules...
So I felt that an inventory sheet would be useful (similar to the character sheets that come with Dork Tower: the board game). There's a spot for every item you can hold (with the exception that the backpack is sized for cards, however potions can occupy the slots if need be)
You can find the PDF here.

Pattern: Volcano Bag
Here's an idea... for a while now I've been thinking about the cool bag the looneys had a picture of in one of their wimping out with pyramids posts... and recently the idea hit me... what if you had a volcano board in the bag?
So umm... Yeah, I'm going to go and test this crazy idea soon (alas I cannot find the cool checkerboard fabric anymore so I'll have to stamp my own pattern with fabric paint... should turn out ok. (click on the image for a better view of the plans)

Update:
Created PDF of CAD generated Pattern. Should be better for attempting than the Tom&Jerry sketch.

Description of the Doom character sheets
The sheets are to record the progress of your marine between sessions (though I suppose you could play on them if you just placed your health/armor/ammo tokens and ignored the writing.
While we had too many players to play doom, I did manage to get use out of one of the marine sheets over the weekend. I played a short game of Descent, scratched out Marine, and replaced it with hero, and a great deal of the information is either the same, or has corresponding information that isn't used, for instance...
All in all it turned out to be quite useful, and now I have a place to start in making a Descent sheet.

- I wrote all the equipment/armor I had in the "Weapons" section off to the right of the dice.
- Health replaced Health, Fatigue replaced armor.
- Kill points were replaced with gold
- And the skills replaced the marine cards
All in all it turned out to be quite useful, and now I have a place to start in making a Descent sheet.

Rabbit booklet news
JEEP asked:
It was written far more sarcastically and disiphemistically than was appropriate as a reflection of the company [Looney Labs]...
A new booklet of the "Little" scale is in the works, but it will be less focused as a reference piece than a summary of the kinds of games (card, icehouse, coaster, etc) and a biography of the company... I think it would be too confusing to cover 9 games on 6 pages.
However both badges could be combined with micro-catalogues in the "pocket" area of the booklet (between the cover and page 2)... which could help reduce some of that load.
I'll probably eventually release my source files for the descriptions of the games, as well as instructions on how to use OOo Draw to compile your own booklets and run them though the pdf2pocketmod converter... This will let people make their own custom "mini" booklets based on the games they're actually planning on running.
Ultimately, I would like to find some way to convert the descriptions/reference pages to .swf files so people can re-mix the booklets as they see fit using the downloadable pocketmod software... But that remains out of my reach until at a minimum I can use some software that will create .swf files (learning shouldn't be difficult)
Why did the Little Experiment book need to go?

Definitions:
A Mini Experiment is designed to be a personal challenge for a lone Rabbit. See how many games you can get others to play, within the time-frame of an event (ranging from a short social gathering to a multi-day convention). Ideal if your audience is made up of non-gamers.
A Little Experiment is designed to be an organized, scheduled, advertised, public even run by at least three Rabbits, who together know all nine core Looney Labs Games.
Hell! I don't even know what the "nine core games" are anymore! There could be twelve for all I know now...
